Why am I not receiving order confirmation or any other emails?

We kindly suggest checking your spam folder, as confirmation emails occasionally end up there. Please note that there can be delays, and it might take up to 24 hours to receive an email confirmation about your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information on your order will become available 1-2 business days after it has been placed. You will receive an shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Occasionally, shipping updates may end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder as well.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

Our team works hard to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee cancellations or changes once it’s been dispatched. If you need to cancel your order or update your shipping address, please contact us at contact@ootdyjewelry.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you within 24 hours.

What is Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery to the date you send them back to us for a refund.

Please note that each return will incur a fee of $20, covering the original shipping, return shipping, and examination. (Express Shipping will cost an extra $15.) This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount, unless the return is due to a quality issue.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

1. Condition of Items: Eligible items must be in unworn, original condition, including original packaging and tags.
2. Bundled Products: Bundles need to be returned in full. Partial returns of bundled products will not qualify for a refund.
3. Discount Items: Discount items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
4. Free Gifts: If the order eligible for a refund includes free gifts, these gifts must also be returned in new, unused, and unworn condition.
