30-Day Return Window

Not in love with your purchase? No problem. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery to the date you send them back to us for a refund                                                                                 
          

Return Fees

Please note that each return will incur a fee of $10, covering the original shipping, return shipping, and inspection. (Express Shipping will cost an extra $15.) This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount, unless the return is due to a quality issue.
For UK orders, each return will incur a fee of £6, covering the original shipping and inspection.
For European orders, each return will incur a fee of €10, covering the original shipping and inspection.                    

 

How Can I Make a Return? 

To start a return, simply visit our Returns Portal and follow the step-by-step instructions. Once your return is approved, please ship the item(s) back using the prepaid return label or to the return address provided. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned package.

Exchange Policy

We offer 30-day exchanges, and the return fee is waived for each exchange. Once we receive and inspect your returned package at our warehouse, we’ll issue store credit for the amount of your original purchase.

 

Gift Returns            

We offer store credit for gift returns. Simply click the “Gift” option in our Returns Portal to begin the process.   

 

Eligible vs Ineligible

Q:  What condition must items be in to be eligible for return or exchange?
A: Eligible items must be in unworn, original condition, including original packaging and tags. 
                                
Q: Can I return part of a bundle? 
A: Bundles must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Partial returns from a bundle will not qualify. 

Q: Are discounted items eligible for return or exchange? 
A: All discounted or final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.      

Q: Do I need to return the free gift that came with my order?
A: Yes, if your order included a free gift, it must also be returned in new, unused, and unworn condition to receive a refund.                                      

Q: Can I return or exchange an item purchased with store credit or already exchanged once? 
A: Orders placed using store credit, or items that have already been exchanged once, are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.


Non-Quality Return Conditions

1. Style, Color, and Personal Preference: Returns based on dissatisfaction with the style, color, or a change in personal preference are not classified as quality issues.
2. Sizing: It's crucial for customers to check and choose the correct size before purchasing. Returns due to sizing issues are not regarded as quality defects.

Important Notes         

1. Correct Return Address: Please do not send your returns to the sender's address on the package, as this is not the designated return address and will result in delays.
2. Return Authorization Required: Returns must be initiated only after receiving approval through our Returns Portal. Unapproved or unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
3. Customer Responsibility: OOTDY is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete order information, including wrong address, contact number, or consignee name, or for refused shipments.
4. Order Information Updates: If you notice any errors in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ootdyjewelry.com with your order number and the corrected information.
